New Paris, Ohio Village Council – Emergency Meeting on Street Light Issue – December 28, 2011

This is the video of the emergency meeting when the New Paris Village Council voted to accept the DP&L offer that kept the street lights on. The first DVD was bad and I just got one that worked today.
